Survivor Program

The Komen Florida Suncoast Race for the Cure is a celebration of survivors and an opportunity to remember those we have lost to this terrible disease. As a survivor, we hope that you'll be reminded how many friends are running beside you every step of the way in this Race for the Cure.

Please join us in our breast cancer survivor recognition activities:

• Wear the honorary, survivor only pink t-shirt and cap provided by Zeta Tau Alpha and RE/MAX.
• Enjoy a continental breakfast in the Survivor VIP Lounge
• Walk in the Survivors March and participate in the Survivor Celebration
  

We would also like to invite participants to recognize those special people who have been touched by breast cancer. “In Memory of” and “In Celebration of” back signs will be available for all Race participants. On Race day, participants wear the back signs with the names of their friends and loved ones.

"In Celebration Of" and "In Memory Of" back signs will be available through out the park prior to the Race

The Survivor Celebration is one of the most inspirational moments on Race Day. New this year - The survivor march will be held before the start of the 5K Race. Please gather in the survivor lounge at 7:30 to join in the survivor march.

To ensure you receive a Survivor T-Shirt and cap in your Race packet, be answer yes to the registration question "I wish to be recognized as a breats cancer survivor" when completing registration.
